Return Policy:

We currently don’t offer returns — think of each Noma piece as one you’re meant to keep and style your way. 

Size exchange policy:

• Need a better fit? We’ve got you. We offer one size exchange per product, subject to availability. 
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Reverse pickup/shipping will be facilitated once per order for size exchange. The shipping charges for reverse pickup and new product shipping will be borne by the customer

Important Notes

• Exchanges are only applicable for size changes of the same product.
• If the requested size is unavailable, we will be unable to process the request.

Email us at support@nomastudio.in with your order number for return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process.
