Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days (to prepare your order for shipping).
• Delivery Time: Typically 3–4 business days after dispatch. In rare cases (e.g., high demand or fabric sourcing delays), this may extend slightly. We’ll notify you if delays arise.
• You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once shipped.

Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹3,000.
  
• A flat shipping rate of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹3,000. (India only).

Complaints, claims, or queries regarding damages, mis-delivery, or incorrectly marked deliveries must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery or delivery attempt for any investigation to be undertaken. Please write to us at support@nomastudio.in to raise any such request. Claims raised after 3 days of the date of delivery or delivery attempt will not be entertained.

Future Expansion

We currently ship only within India, but will announce international shipping soon!
